The new component also includes the following benefits. - The Contact ID of the applicant is pre-populated on new Education History records. - The footer and its respective buttons change based on whether you choose to edit all or a selection of records in the list. - The Application Checklist component refreshes after all Education History records are saved. - When saving test scores and education history, the Test Score or Education History information remains visible. - When you enter or edit information on the Education History or Test components, only editable fields are shown. Record Types let you create relationships between test types and the related subject area, making it easier to enter test information. For example, when admission processors select a specific Test Type, they see only the relevant values in the Subject Area field. - We provide new metadata with sample Test Score record types for ACT, AP, IB, and SATs. Each has a predefined Subject Area picklist values, but you can configure which values to include. The user must have the correct permissions to edit the task to mark it as complete. If the task is already complete, the View Record button is available to navigate the user to the task. This functionality was also added to the task headers in the Application Reader. - We added the ability for admission reviewers to see the status of tasks in the Applicant Reader. Record access and field-level security are respected, so the status is only shown if the applicant is assigned the task. - When a single application is assigned to a reviewer from an Applications list view, a notification lets the reviewer know that a single application was assigned. Previously, the notification incorrectly stated that multiple applications were assigned. - When application reviewers submit their recommendation, they now see a confirmation message reminding them that they can’t change their recommendation or update their comments. ### Improvement for Applicants Learn about the improvements for applicants management in Admissions Connect (version 1.17) in Summer '22. - For Tasks that include instructions, the instructions now appear whenever the task is visible to the applicant. Previously, the task instructions didn't always appear. How you add instructions to a Task hasn't changed.
