# Build a Custom PMM Report

Set up reports and dashboards to provide information to your users in the ways that work best for them.

## Create Custom Reports and Dashboards

Create custom reports to see data that's important to you. Add reports to a custom dashboard to see reports at a glance.

## Create Custom Reports

Build custom reports to see the data that's important to you.

For example, you may want to report on Program Engagements without an assigned Program Cohort, so you can fix them before a large number of enrollments come in.

1. Click the **Reports** tab.
2. Click **New Report**.
3. Click **Other Reports**, then click a report type. In this example, we click **Program Engagements**.

4. Click **Continue**.
5. Update the Show Me report filter to All program engagements, then click **Apply**.
6. Update the Application Date filter to All Time, then click **Apply**.

7. Add a new filter, Program Engagement:Program Engagement Name, with Operator value contains \[your program name\], then click **Apply**.

8. Add one last filter, Program Cohort, with Operator value equals, then click **Apply**.

9. Click **Save and Run**.
10. Enter a name for the report.

Now you can run the report whenever you want and subscribe to receive a weekly email version.

## Create a Dashboard

Add reports to your dashboard to track Program performance.

To add a report to a dashboard:

1. From a report, click the dropdown arrow, then select **Add to Dashboard**.
2. Select **Add to new dashboard**.
3. Name the new dashboard.
4. Select the **Program Management Dashboard** folder.
5. Click **Add**.
6. Accept the defaults and click **Add**.
