Create your Nonprofit Cloud agent using the Agentforce Employee Agent template. Then, customize your agent’s messages and tone. Finally, test, activate, and assign your agent to users.

4. [Add subagents](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.agent_parent_configure.htm&language=en_US) to your agent.
    
    Templates that are designed for a specific agent already include the necessary topics.
5. [Test your agent](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.agent_testing_center.htm&language=en_US) to make sure that it will perform reliably for your users.
