# GM Create the Site

Create a grants portal using Experience Cloud.

- **[Create the Portal](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.gm_create_portal.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Create a grantseeker portal using the Grantee Portal site template.

## Create the Portal

Create a grantseeker portal using the Grantee Portal site template.

This is a preconfigured Experience Builder template that can be customized to fit your organization’s needs and branding. Use your portal to communicate your foundation’s mission and available Funding Programs, and provide a place for people to learn about your organization, view and apply to Funding Programs, and manage their applications.

If you used the _Grants Management and Create Community_ installer, a grantee portal called Funding Program Portal is already created and you can skip this step.

1. Click ![Setup](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-sfdo-grants_management-264-0-0-production-enus/d4e7b98d-b7c0-4567-9e74-1c2abf270665/resources-product/images/setup.png), then click **Setup**.
2. Enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, then click **All Sites**.
3. Click **New**.
4. Select the **Grantee Portal** template then click **Get Started**.
5. Enter a name for your portal.
6. Enter a URL ending to append to the portal domain.
7. Click **Create**.

It will take a few minutes to create the new portal. When it’s ready, you’ll see the site's Experience Workspace.
