Automatically generated outreach source code URLs save fundraisers time and provide valuable insights into the sources, mediums, and campaigns that drive effective digital fundraising and outreach. These unique web links are shared across various channels to track the effectiveness of online outreach. Each outreach source code can have one URL associated with it. The URL is automatically generated using UTM parameters set by your organization’s Administrator in Fundraising Settings. The UTM Parameters are a string of code that’s added to the end of a URL. These parameters define the source, medium, and campaign that sent the donor or constituent to your donation page or social media post.

## Create Outreach Source Code URLs

Quickly create a unique outreach source code URL in the Donor Engagement app.

The customized outreach source code URL is shown on the Outreach Source Code page. Use the link in all outreach associated with this outreach source code.

1. From the page of the Outreach Source Code that you need a URL for, click **Generate URL**, or click ![Show more actions](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-sfdo-nonprofit_cloud-264-0-0-production-enus/b335b49f-b06d-4153-a454-da90077289d9/resources-product/images/actions_menu.png)and select **Generate URL**.
2. In **Outreach Source Code Base URL**, enter the giving page or target URL.
3. Click **Save URL**.
