The Relationship Officer is the initial point of contact, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing donors. They also make sure that the institution's goals are met and that planning intentions are kept throughout their lives.

These objects help the Relationship Officer to accomplish their goals.

Donor Gift Concept

Provide a single location where all proposed gift concepts can be managed and tracked to ensure easy access in an organization to better serve their constituents.

Gift Agreement

Track all agreements to accept gifts. For example, an agreement to accept US$1,000,000 in exchange for the naming rights for a building.

Planned Giving Officers manage the details of planned gifts, track their status, and make sure that planned gifts are handled correctly. Relationship Officers can honor the donor's goals while following the institution's policies and requirements.

These objects help the Planned Giving Officer track planned gifts.

Planned Gift

Manage details of planned gifts, track their status, and ensure proper stewardship so that Planned Giving Officers can honor the donor's intentions while adhering to the institution's policies and requirements.

Planned Gift Performance

Monitor how a gift performs over time in terms of returns, expenses and payouts, so that Planned Giving Officers can make sure that the performance aligns with the financial terms outlined in the gift agreement.

Planned Gift Annuity Rates

Store and apply annuity rates so that Planned Giving Officers can calculate payments for charitable gift annuities.

Gift Value Forecast

Track the value of a gift over time, including initial value, future projections, and updates to ensure proper financial oversight.

Gift Stewardship

Aggregate all stewardship-related activities, preferences, and outcomes, providing a holistic view of each donor’s engagement with the institution and making sure that the donor’s intentions are honored.

Gift Stewardship Activity

Track and manage all stewardship efforts systematically, such as donor recognition events, site visits, program updates, and fulfillment milestones. Facilitate timely and effective engagement with donors.

Gift Actuary Entry

Provide the foundational data needed for accurate projections of gift values, including life expectancy and discount rates.
