# Donor Support Agent in Nonprofit

Help donors pause, resume, close, or update the amount of their existing gift commitments with recurring schedules. In Agent Builder, configure an agent that uses the Manage Gift Commitments subagent to help donors manage their gift commitments in your Experience Cloud site.

### Required Editions

Requires each user to have the Agentforce or Einstein add-on to access the actions.</td></tr></tbody></table>

With the Manage Gift Commitments subagent, donors can use an agent to manage their gift commitments. The Manage Gift Commitments subagent contains the Close Gift Commitment and the Manage Recurring Gift Commitment actions.
