Cultivate your learners' success by tracking any roadblocks they encounter with care plans and alerts. Increase student engagement with new mobile-ready Student Success portal components, which give enrolled students access to all relevant information such as their advisors' drop-in availability. And with Marketing Cloud Engagement for Education, connect more efficiently with your learners by using out-of-the box email templates.

- **[Tailor User Access to Education Cloud Features](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_rn_tailor_user_access_to_education_cloud_features.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Provide your users access to the features that they need by using the new standard permission set, Education Cloud Limited Access. This permission set grants wider access to Education Cloud features than Education Cloud Reviewer. For clarity, consistency, and to accommodate additional use cases, the Education Cloud Reviewer license is now Education Cloud Limited Access.
- **[Student Success App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_rn_student_success_app.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The new Student Success app provides a central place for your institution to offer proactive and personalized support to learners for academics, sports, health, financial aid, and so on. Get insights from analytics dashboards, view in-depth learner information using the student snapshot component, monitor learner progress and create alerts, design programs and individualized care plans, and assign and manage success teams. When an advisor or a director opens the app, they see a home page with features curated for their role and license type.
- **[Student Success Components for Your Learner Portal](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_rn_student_success_components_for_your_learner_portal.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**

- **[Assist Learners with Program Management](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_rn_assist_learners_with_program_management.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Within the Student Success app, your institution can effectively define, plan, and deliver non-scholastic services and initiatives that support each learner’s journey. Directors can model programs with supported benefits, and then schedule and track the benefit disbursements to recipients.

Education Cloud provides flow templates to automatically assign the individual application record to the person who's responsible for the next part of the review process.
