For example, if a student is enrolled in a Course that spans a full year, create one Term Grade record for Semester 1 grading period, and another for Semester 2 grading period. ## Create Term Grade Records Create term grade records from contacts, course offerings, or course connections in Education Data Architecture. Before you create a Term Grade record, create the record from which you want to track Term Grades. This will typically be a Contact, Course Offering, or Course Connection. 1. Enter Term Grade details. Don’t change the Contact or Course Connection names. 2. Click **Save**.
