To configure virtual calls for self-service, admins require specific licenses and permissions.

| To check licenses and permissions in Education Cloud: | Education Cloud Full Access |

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select **Users**.
2. Click the admin’s name.
3. Confirm that the admin has the Education Cloud Full Access permission set license assigned to them.
