Create the support process and configure the utilization metrics that summarize inbound credits and their impact on requirement completion.

1. Create a support process. See [Create a Support Program in Education Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.prog_case_mgmt_prog_mgmt_edc_create_support_program.htm&language=en_US).
2. Create a new version, customize, and use the EDUTransferCreditsUtilizationMetrics omniscript to display transfer credit metric summaries. By default, you can view the inbound credit utilization rate and the calculated requirement completion impact.
