A strong advancement team is holistic in its approach to achieving its goals. The leadership often oversees an organization’s communications, brand management, and public affairs, as well as development and fundraising. Education Cloud includes the tools that you need to support your advancement efforts.

- Alumni Relations—Use the Alumni Relations app to manage and engage with alumni from your educational institution in a single centralized location. Review, update, and enter information about alumni in the CRM, and use Experience Builder to create an alumni community. - Alumni Engagement Metrics—Use Data 360 and Einstein generative AI to track alumni activities and provide informative translations of that data to give you a true sense of the level of engagement.
