# Set Up Your Source Org

Turn on features and set up permissions to prepare your source org for data migration.

1. Log in to your source org.
2. Enable event management:
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scheduler, and then select **Salesforce Scheduler Settings**.
    2. Turn on Event Management.
3. Enable activity settings:
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Activity, and then select **Activity Settings**.
    2. Select **Allow Users to Relate Multiple Contacts to Tasks and Events** and then click **Submit**.
