# Set Up Learner Enrollment

Set up the individual application record page and configure the necessary permissions to enroll learners.

### Required Editions

Academic Operations is enabled in your org. See [Set Up the Academic Operations App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleview?id=sfdo.ec_set_up_the_academic_operations_app.htm).

1. If the Enroll Admitted Student action isn’t available on the individual application record page, then:
    1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Individual Applications**.
    2. Click on any individual application to view its record page.
    3. Click **Setup**, and then click **Edit Page**.
    4. Select the highlights panel, and then click **Add Action**.
    5. Select **Enroll Admitted Student**, and then click **Done**.
    6. Save your changes and activate the page. See [Lightning App Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleview?id=platform.lightning_app_builder_overview.htm).
2. Provide users the necessary permissions to run flows:
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and select it.
    2. Click **Clone** next to Education Cloud Full Access.
    3. Enter a label and an API name for the permission set.
    4. Save your changes.
    5. Click on your permission set.
    6. Click **App Permissions**.
    7. Click **Edit**, select **Run Flows**, and then save your changes.
    8. Assign the new permission set to your staff users. See [Manage Permission Set Assignments](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleview?id=platform.perm_sets_manage_assignments.htm).
