# Schedule Appointments on Behalf of Students

Staff can schedule appointments on behalf of a learner from the learner's person account record.

**Where**: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who**: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.

**How**: In the Student Success app, open the learner's person account record and click **Staff Scheduler**. Select the staff member or team, topic, and channel for the meeting, and then select a time.
