Note

This release is in preview. Features described in this document don't become generally available until the latest general availability date that Salesforce announces for this release. Before then, and where features are noted as beta, pilot, or developer preview, we can't guarantee general availability within any particular time frame or at all. Make your purchase decisions only on the basis of generally available products and features. Linked documentation might not include the new features or the links in these release notes might not work yet.

**Where**: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who**: Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can edit application forms in OmniStudio and create action plans. Users with Education Cloud Limited Access can view action plans and applications submitted by users. Users with the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud license can access application forms on your Experience Cloud site.

**How**: When a learner starts an application, form fields autofill with data that your institution already has stored for the applicant. The applicant can keep or update the information, and then move on to the next section.

When you create an action plan template with Individual Application as the target object, you can add Tasks, Document Checklist Items, and Individual Application Task records.
