# Automate Case Management and Success Team Assignment

Educational institutions provide support to learners in many areas, including financial aid, academic advising, and disability services. Use the flow templates in Education Cloud to automate case creation and closure, and the assignment of success teams to learners.

**Where**: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who**: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.

**How**: Before you use these flows, create a support process, case record types, case team roles, and predefined case teams to manage your support cases. Next, make a copy of the flow template that you want to use and configure it to work in your institution.
