# Refund Management

Automate the end-to-end refund process for student financial accounts. When your students drop courses or reduce orders, Student Financials automatically identifies original invoices, settles credit memos against outstanding balances, and initiates payment refunds. Your students receive timely, accurate disbursements, and you maintain a complete audit trail for compliance.
