Run a flow to populate the Educational Institution Searchable Profile object. Then validate your data and test Campus and Program Finder to verify that the search results match your intended user experience.

1. Run the EDU Admissions: Populate Educational Institution Searchable Profile flow.
    
    After the initial run, run this flow regularly to keep your searchable profile data up-to-date in Campus and Program Finder. Alternatively, [configure the EDU Admissions: Schedule Populate Educational Institution Searchable Profile Job flow](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_configure_searchable_campus_data_dpe_flows.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "To run the Maintain Searchable Campus Data Data Processing Engine job, configure the EDU Admissions: Populate Educational Institution Searchable Profile flow or the EDU Admissions: Schedule Populate Educational Institution Searchable Profile Job flow.") to update your data on a schedule.
2. [Monitor the Maintain Searchable Campus Data Data Processing Engine job](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.dpe_monitor.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
    
    Wait for the run to complete and then address any warnings or errors.
3. Review all educational institution searchable profile records.
    
    Verify that the data appears as what you want it to in the search results. If it doesn’t, modify your data and then run the flow again.

    1. Open the Criteria-Based Search and Filter component on your Experience Cloud site.
    2. Use the search and filter functions to validate that your Educational Institution Searchable Profile data in the search results matches your intended user experience.

    Note Criteria-Based Search and Filter searches identify matches by the exact word order of the field value. For example, search for the Biology learning program by entering B.S. Biology instead of Biology, and search for the Art History learning program by entering B.A. Art.
