Add an assessment with predefined questions that appear in the portal when a mentor or mentee enrolls in the mentoring program. Automation saves submitted responses as records related to the program enrollment. Mentoring facilitators review the responses to understand the mentee's needs and what mentors can provide, and then make a mutually beneficial match. Create separate assessments for mentors and mentees.
