Note If you change the criteria, scale, or weighting of the included assessment questions, you must modify the included EDUAdmissions/CalculateAndSaveAssessmentScore Omnistudio Integration Procedure . Repeat these steps for each rubric variation.

1. Create or import your own assessment questions. See [Discovery Framework Assessment Questions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.fsc_admin_work_with_discovery_framework.htm&language=en_US).

We recommend that you select Admissions as the question category.
2. From the App Launcher, find and select **Omnistudio Integration Procedures**.
3. Click **EDUAdmissions/CalculateAndSaveAssessmentScore**, and then click **CalculateAndSaveAssessmentScore (Version 1)**.

The integration procedure opens in the Integration Procedure Designer.
4. Click **Create Version**.
5. In Type, delete EDUAdmissions and enter CalculateAndSaveAssessmentScore.
6. In SubType, enter a value that corresponds to the purpose of the rubric.

    For example, enter UndergraduateApplicationReview.
7. Save your changes.
8. Click **QuestionPrefs**.
9. Click **Edit as JSON**.
10. In the Weights section, confirm or update the values to reflect each new or modified assessment question.
    1. For MaxScore, enter an integer that reflects the highest possible numerical rating.
    2. For DeveloperName, enter the value of the Developer Name field on the Assessment Question record.
    3. For Weight, enter a decimal that reflects the proportion of points allowed for the assessment question.

The total weight of all qustions must be 1.0.
11. In the Scores section, confirm or update these values to reflect each new or modified assessment question.
    1. For RawScore, enter an integer that reflects the value of the ResponseValue. This value is used for calculations and isn't visible to end users.
    2. For ResponseValue, enter a response value from the related assessment question. This value is used for calculations and isn't visible to end users.
    3. For DeveloperName, enter the value of the Devloper Name field on the Assessment Question record.

Make sure that your entries in the Weights and Scores section align with your new assessment questions. For example, in the Weight section, if you have seven assessment questions, make sure you have seven MaxScore, DeveloperName, and Weight entries. In the Score section, if you have seven assessment questions, each with a maximum score of three, make sure you have 21 RawScore, ResponseValue, and DeveloperName entries.
