Advisors can associate tasks with a student's goal to create or update a detailed, executable plan of action.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Cases**.
2. Select a case record for the student.
3. Go to the Student Goals tab.
4. Select a goal to open the goal assignment page.
5. On the Related tab, click **New Task**.
6. Enter a subject and due date for the student to complete the task
7. Select a status and task priority.
8. Save your changes.
