# Manage Application Decision Sharing

Application decision records are automatically shared with Experience Cloud users on the decision release date and early application release date that you define on the application timeline object.

Note The application decision object permission is granted through the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud User permission set license.

To prevent the automatic sharing of application decisions with portal users, disable automatic sharing in Setup. This prevents sharing in future and removes sharing from decisions that were already shared through this method.

1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Education and select **Set Up Education Cloud**.
2. Under Set Up Recruitment & Admissions, turn on Disable Automatic Decision Sharing.
