Note Typically, only certain admissions staff members make admissions decisions. If you can't update these fields, you don't have the appropriate permissions.

1. From the Recruitment & Admissions app, open an individual application record.
2. Read the reviews for the application in the Application Reviews section.
3. In the Application Decisions section, click ![Actions menu icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-sfdo-education_cloud-264-0-0-production-enus/89403874-2a89-4126-b574-9db175c14f28/education_cloud/images/actionsmenu.png) and then click **New**.
4. Click **Application Recommendation** and select an option:
    
    - **Admit**
    - **Enroll**
    - **Waitlist**
    - **Deny**
    - **Cancelled**
5. Enter any other relevant information and save your changes.
