1. Add the Regulation Code Violation Detail page to your Experience Cloud site.
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences and then select **All Sites**.
    2. Open the Builder of your Experience Cloud site.
    3. Create an object page for Regulatory Code Violation.

Use the default Regulation Code Violation Detail page.
    4. From the Components panel, drag **Learner Restriction Details** to the page canvas.
    5. Publish your changes.
2. Confirm that the Restrictions tab in the Action Center is turned on.
    1. In the Builder, go to the Home page, and then click the **Action Center** component on the canvas.
    2. In the configuration panel, verify that Restrictions is selected.

The Restrictions tab is the Learner Restrictions Flexcard. Depending on your intended user experience, deselect **Restrictions** in the configuration panel to hide the Restrictions tab in the Action Center. Then add the Learner Restrictions Flexcard to any other page on your Experience Cloud site.
