# Grounding Data for Student Advising Subagents

Create data and knowledge articles that align with the student advising subagents to ground agent responses. The more information available to the agent, the better it performs.

Depending on the user's query, the agent:

- Uses the Answer Questions with Knowledge action to find information on campus policy. [Create knowledge articles](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.knowledge_article_create.htm&language=en_US) on policy guidance to get accurate responses from the agent.
- Uses an Einstein search retriever to find information on campus resources. Ensure that data is available and accessible to the agent through data streams configured for Salesforce objects and external objects as needed.
