# Create a Donor Brief in Education

Enhance your donor engagement with automatically generated donor briefs, designed to streamline the creation of comprehensive donor profiles. Donor briefs support major gift officers by integrating with existing profiles and customizable templates, enabling generation of tailored briefs directly from donor records. Save time and improve efficiency in preparing for critical meetings by making sure you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.

1. From the donor profile on the Philanthropy and Partnerships app, click **Create Donor Brief**.
2. Select the donor brief template.
3. Click **Create**.
4. On the donor profile, click the **Notes and Files** tab.
5. Under Notes & Attachments, download and share the donor brief file.
