# Assign Fundraising Permission Sets in Education

Provide users with the access that they need to use Fundraising features.

### Required Editions

- Assign the Fundraising permission set or permission set groups to the appropriate users. Then check out how your product handles permissions and how to assign them.")
- Assign the Marketing User permission to the fundraisers who create and manage campaigns.
- To use an integrated third-party application (for example, a donation platform) that accesses Fundraising objects, assign the Fundraising Access permission set to the API Integration user.
- To make all fields across the objects readable by all users, set the organization-wide sharing settings default for Fundraising objects to Public Read Only, or for greater access, Public Read/Write.
