# Donor Engagement Agent Template, Subagents, and Actions

The Donor Engagement Agent template contains the subagents and actions that turn raw meeting notes into interaction summaries and follow-up tasks.

### Required Editions

Use the Donor Engagement Agent template to capture and preserve donor relationship notes for major giving officers. Use an assistive AI agent to convert raw notes into structured interaction summaries and follow-up tasks to preserve critical donor information. The agent template contains the subagents and actions needed to accomplish the agent’s jobs.

To refine and craft a structured interaction summary from rough meeting notes, use these agent components.

- Prepare Donor Meeting Notes prompt template
- Donor Meeting Notes subagent
- Prepare Donor Meeting Notes action

To create follow-up tasks from the meeting notes, use these agent components.

- Donor Task Management subagent
- Create a To-Do action
- Extract Fields and Values From User Input action

The Agent Router subagent coordinates and guides the subagent selection within the Donor Engagement agent template.
