Create donor meeting notes and follow-up tasks within Slack after you integrate the Donor Engagement Agent.

Before you start, create a [Donor Engagement agent in Agentforce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_fundraising_agent_donor_engagement.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Capture and preserve donor relationship notes for major giving officers. Convert raw notes into structured interaction summaries and follow-up tasks so that you never lose critical donor intelligence.").

1. [Connect Salesforce and Slack](https://slack.com/help/articles/30754346665747-Connect-Salesforce-and-Slack).
2. Sign your Slack user into Salesforce from Slack.
    1. Log in to your Slack workspace.
    2. From the sidebar, click **Sign in to your Salesforce**.
    3. Click **Continue**.
    4. Click **Continue to Salesforce**.
    5. Enter your admin login credentials.
    6. Click **Login** and then click **Allow**.
