# Engagement Visualization Panel

Education Cloud's Engagement Visualization Lightning web component shows the Data 360 calculated insights related to an individual and Einstein generative AI prompt responses grounded in CRM and Data 360 data. You can configure the component to show only calculated insights, only prompt responses, or a combination of both.

      </table>

You can use the Engagement Visualization component for any data stream, data model object (DMO), or calculated insight related to an individual DMO, unified individual, or unified individual link. The prompt response is equally flexible. You can configure the Engagement Visualization prompt template type to query virtually any record that you want from Data 360 or your Education Cloud CRM.

To use calculated insights that contain the unified individual DMO in the Engagement Visualization component, create a Contact data stream and map it for the identity resolution process. See [Individual Object Data Modeling Requirements](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_identity_resolution_data_modeling_individual.htm&language=en_US).
