# Einstein Mentoring Summaries

Use generative AI to get a comprehensive view of the information that you need to facilitate well-suited mentoring pairings. Add Einstein Mentoring Summaries to the existing Mentor Comparison screen flow so that staff can see overviews of mentors and mentees, including the differences and similarities between them. Einstein Mentoring Summaries generates a similarity score that is a vector distance calculation that indicates potential matches between mentors and a mentee.
