# Customize the Self-Service Appointment Setup Flow

Salesforce provides the EDUScheduler Omniscript that you can customize in a user-friendly, click-based interface to offer a rich, personalized self-service appointment experience to your staff and learners.

The Omniscript retrieves data to display on the pages of the appointment setup flow from the learner’s records. For example, the list of available staff members come from who’s assigned to the learner’s case record.

Note The SetMinsPriorToJoining step of the Omniscript represents the earliest that attendees can join an appointment, using values from the service appointment. If you edit that value on the script, make sure to enter a number of minutes in quotes.
