# Create a Success Team with Automatic Resource Assignment

Create a success team that allows automatic assignment of appointment resources.

 
| USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED |   |

| To create a success team: | Education Cloud Full Access |

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Success Teams**.
2. Click **New**, or select a success team and click **Edit**.
3. Enter the name, case record type, and case team.
4. Select **Automatic** or **Both** as the resource assignment type.
5. Provide additional details and save your changes.
