## Omnistudio Prerequisites for Education Cloud

Get ready to use Omnistudio in Education Cloud.

Before you customize the application form, make sure that you complete the prerequisites.

2. [Assign the Omnistudio Admin permission set licenses to yourself](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.os_omnistudio_permission_sets_licenses.htm&language=en_US).

Some labels aren't translated due to technical limitations.

## Troubleshoot Omniscript Errors

If you get an error message that says that an Omniscript is not working, deactivate and then reactivate the Omniscript.

1. In the App Launcher, find and select **Omniscripts**.
2. In the Omniscripts list, select the Omniscript that was mentioned in the error message.
3. Click **Deactivate Version**.
4. After the Omniscript is deactivated, click **Done**.
5. Click **Activate Version**.
6. After the Omniscript is activated, click **Done**.
