- **[Match Mentees and Mentors Using Assessments](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_match_mentees_and_mentors_using_assessments.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Create assessments to help facilitators match mentees with mentors.
- **[Einstein Mentoring Summaries](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_einstein_mentoring_summaries.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use generative AI to get a comprehensive view of the information that you need to facilitate well-suited mentoring pairings. Add Einstein Mentoring Summaries to the existing Mentor Comparison screen flow so that staff can see overviews of mentors and mentees, including the differences and similarities between them. Einstein Mentoring Summaries generates a similarity score that is a vector distance calculation that indicates potential matches between mentors and a mentee.
- **[Compare and Assign Mentors by Using a Screen Flow](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_compare_and_assign_mentors_using_a_screen_flow.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use a screen flow to compare a mentee with potential mentors, and then assign a mentor to the mentee. Use the fields on the Mentoring participants' mentoring profile record to identify a match.
- **[Manually Assign a Mentor to a Mentee](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ec_assign_a_mentor_to_a_mentee.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Assign or change the mentor who provides a benefit to a mentee.
