# Compare and Assign Mentors

Launch a screen flow on a benefit assignment record to compare potential mentors for a mentee and to assign a mentor to the benefit assignment.

1. On a mentee's benefit assignment record page, click **Assign a Provider**.
2. Select up to three providers to compare, and then click **Next**.
3. Select a mentor, and then click **Next**.
4. Review your selection, and then click **Next**.
5. Click **Done** to exit the screen flow.
