# Career Planning and Life Goals

Offer personalized guidance and comprehensive tools to help students define and achieve career and life goals based on their profile, preferences, and assessment insights. Students can access a library of career and interest assessments, explore campus involvement groups, track memberships and associated roles in involvement groups, and manage their profile and preferences more efficiently. Empower students to be career-ready by setting up action plans for goals by leveraging campus resources. Advisors can access the involvement groups and a library of career and interest assessments, and recommend the right fit to students based on the student's profile, preferences, assessment insights, and so on.
