Use flows to automatically move an individual application through the review process.

## Get Ready to Use Application Review Flows

Complete these steps before you use the application review flows.

### Create Queues for Application Review and Application Decision Creation

The flows Application Review Creation Sub-Flow and Application Decision Creation require that you set up queues for each part of the process. Be sure that you include the following queue names for their respective flows. See [Create Queues](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleview?id=service.setting_up_queues.htm&type=5).

### Copy and Activate a Flow

Because they're templates, you must make a copy of the flows before you use them, and then activate the flows.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select **Flows**.
2. Choose a flow template.
3. Click **Save As**.
4. Enter a label, API name, and an optional description for your flow.
5. Save your changes.
6. Click **Activate**.

Important To prevent data problems, activate either Application Review Creation or Application Auto-Admit, but not both.
