# Associate a Pricebook with an Academic Interval

Specify that a pricebook applies for a given academic session, term, or year.

### Required Editions

1. From the app launcher, find and select **Student Financials**.
2. On the Home page, click **Price Book Academic Intervals**.
3. Click **New**.
4. In the Academic Interval field, search for and select the session, term, or year to associate with a price book, for example, Spring 2026.
5. Select the price book to associate with the interval.
    
    You can associate multiple price books with each academic interval.
