# Alumni Insights

The Alumni Insights dashboard provides alumni coordinators or managers insights to monitor the overall health of the alumni program and to identify opportunities for engagement.

Here are some of the questions that the Alumni Insights dashboard can answer.

- How many alumni users are in the org?
- How many alumni users have created a profile in the portal?
- How many alumni users have open alerts or cases?
- What are the top occupations for alumni?
- What learning achievements did alumni earn in your institution and from other institutions?

The dashboard shows multiple charts that visualize alumni engagement based on KPIs. You can see alumni data for the entire institution or filter data based on college or department.

 
| Section | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Top Metrics | The number of alumni in your org and the number who have created an account on your portal. |
| Open Alerts | The number of alumni with open alerts. |
| Open Cases | The number of alumni with open cases. |
| Employed Alumni by Occupation | The occupations in which alumni are employed. |
| Learning Achievements by Academic Department | The number of learning achievements alumni have earned from your institution. |
| External Program Enrollment | The number of learning achievements alumni have earned from other institutions. |
