# Add Custom Fields on Education Cloud Objects

Ensure that the required custom fields are available on the case participant, care plan, and service appointment objects in Education Cloud. If they aren't available, add the missing fields manually.

1. From the object management settings for case participant, go to Fields & Relationships.
2. Click **New**.
3. Under Data Type, select **Text**, and then click **Next**.
4. Enter SuccessPlan Legacy ID as the field label.
5. Enter 255 as the length.
6. In Field Name, enter SuccessPlan\_Legacy\_Id, and then click **Next**.
7. Ensure that System Administrator and Analytics Cloud Integration User profiles are enabled for field visibility.
8. Click **Next**, and then save your changes.
9. Similarly, add the missing field for service appointment.

10. If you’re migrating data from Student Success Hub, similarly, add the missing field for care plan.
