Assign permissions sets to your users to grant them access to features beyond what's included in their basic user licenses.

Tip To view the available permission set licenses, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Settings, and then select **Company Information**.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select **Users**.
2. Click a user.
3. In the Permission Set Assignments section, click **Edit Assignments**.
4. Add these permission sets.
    
      
    | Permission Set | Description | Recommended for |
    | --- | --- | --- |
    | Access Accounting Subledger Growth | Access and use Accounting Subledger features. | Users who only require view access to transaction journal records. |
    | Data Pipelines Base User | Use Data Pipelines Base features. | Users who require access to processing tasks to generate transaction journal records. |
    | Manage Accounting Subledger | Access and manage Accounting Subledger features. | Users who require full access to Salesforce objects for configuration tasks such as accounting sets setup. |
    | Run Accounting Subledger Job | Run Accounting Subledger jobs. | Users who require access to processing tasks to generate transaction journal records. |
5. Save your changes.
