Accounting Subledger consolidates data between your Salesforce CRM financial data and your accounting system.

1. You capture all of your financial data in Salesforce, such as ticket revenues, purchase expenses, donations, or pledges.
2. After you [set up and configure](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.asl_plan_implementation.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Learn about the general required steps for a successful implementation.") Accounting Subledger (accounting sets, accounting field mappings, scheduled job, and so on), we create transaction journal records for all eligible records.
3. The data is now ready for you to bring into your accounting system via reports, a custom integration, or a middleware solution.
