# Verify Your Admissions Connect Staff Review Setup

Configure list views to stay on top of applications and learn how to add reviewers to manage applications. Reviewers can then verify or upload documents and make the final admission decision.

List views are your starting point for application verifications and reviews. List views help you keep track of what needs to be verified or reviewed.
- **[Add a Reviewer](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ac_staff_add_reviewer.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can quickly add a reviewer directly from the Application or Application Review record pages. Or you can use the Application list view to select multiple Applications and assign multiple reviewers.
- **[Verify Applications](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ac_staff_application_verify.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
When you verify an application, you check for overall completeness, looking at the data and documents provided by the applicant. You’ll probably look at transcripts, letters of recommendation, and more. Use an Applications list view as your starting point, then open individual application records. You can use the default All list view, one created by your admissions team, or one that you created. as your starting point, then open individual application records. You can use the default All list view, one created by your admissions team, or one that you created.
- **[Review Applications](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ac_staff_application_review.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
When you review an application, you make an admissions recommendation and leave supporting comments. Use a list view as your starting point, either for Applications or Application Reviews. You can use the default My Application Reviews list view, one created by your admissions team, or one that you created.
- **[Assign Requirements](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ac_staff_requirements_assign.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can assign requirements directly from an application. Say an applicant makes a mistake or changes their mind about what degree program to apply for. That might mean additional requirements are needed. Or maybe your institution handles a small amount of applications and you assign requirements individually.
- **[Add Ad Hoc Documents or Tasks to an Application](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ac_staff_requirements_add.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Add one-off documents and tasks to an assigned Action Plan to show the items in the Application Checklist and on the Application Review page.
- **[Make a Final Admissions Decision](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.ac_staff_admissions_decision.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
When you make a final admissions decision, update the Application Status and Application Decision Date fields on the application record. You can make these updates directly on an application record, or you can mass edit these fields from an application list view.
