1. From Map Responses to Salesforce Fields, in the Work Summaries Setup page, select **Edit**.
2. For the Individual Email Summary and Combined Summary, select the EmailMessage and Case fields where you want to map each output. To ensure that fields can hold the entire summary, we recommend mapping summaries to fields with a long text format. If the field you choose is too short for a summary, the summary might get truncated. Each field must have a different name.

    ![Warning](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-service-support_intelligence-264-0-0-production-enus/dcd06a7b-b5ab-448b-a767-4e2e90481508/images/icon_warning.png)

Warning We don't recommend changing the field mappings after you set them up. If a field mapping is updated, new summaries are stored in the new field you specify, while the content from the previous field isn't shown on the summaries page.
3. Click **Save**.

Email summaries are intended to be viewed within the component. If you want to view the summaries through the mapped fields on a record page, refresh the page first.

Note that triggers like Flow and Apex are not fired when Email summaries are generated. This behavior may vary from other Work Summaries features.
