Before you begin, configure and activate your extended context definition. To activate the definition, it must have a default mapping.

1. In Salesforce Go, search for Object Mapping. On the **Object Mapping for Workforce Scheduling** card, click **Manage**.
2. Next to Map Object Data with Service Appointments, click **Manage**.
3. In the **Context Definition** field, replace the current value with the name of your extended context definition, select the matching result, and click **Save**.
