# Routing Fields and Country Coverage for Workforce Scheduling

Reference the fields that Workforce Scheduling uses to calculate travel time, and check whether point-to-point predictive routing is available in the countries where your service resources work. Routing and travel time calculations are relevant to field appointments only.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong> and <strong>Unlimited</strong> Editions</td></tr></tbody></table>

## Location Fields

These fields hold the geocoded coordinates that routing uses to identify the origin and destination of each route segment.

| Field Name | Objects | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Longitude | Service Appointment, Resource Absence, Service Territory, Service Territory Member | Geocoded longitude of the address. Used in travel calculations for point-to-point predictive routing. |
| Latitude | Service Appointment, Resource Absence, Service Territory, Service Territory Member | Geocoded latitude of the address. Used in travel calculations for point-to-point predictive routing. |

## Travel Time and Distance Fields

These fields hold the calculated travel time and distance for each assigned resource, and can be used for reporting.

| Field Name | Object | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Estimated Travel Time (Minutes) | Assigned Resource | The travel time calculated in minutes from the previous location to this location. |
| Approximate Travel Time From (Minutes) | Assigned Resource | The travel time calculated in minutes from this location to the next location. |
| Approximate Travel Distance To | Assigned Resource | The distance from the previous location to this location, in kilometers or miles. |
| Approximate Travel Distance From | Assigned Resource | The distance from this location to the next location, in kilometers or miles. |
| Estimated Travel Time To Source | Assigned Resource | The routing method used to calculate travel time from the previous location to this location. |
| Estimated Travel Time From Source | Assigned Resource | The routing method used to calculate travel time from this location to the next location. |

## Navigable Countries

The availability of point-to-point predictive routing in a region depends on the map coverage level for that region. The default travel mode is set to car, using toll roads, and not carrying hazardous materials. Not all navigable countries support the light truck, heavy truck, bicycle, or walking travel modes.

These countries support point-to-point predictive routing.
