Note Performance Priming is required for offline data in Workforce Scheduling.

Before you begin, make sure each mobile worker has the Field Service Mobile user license. See [Give Users Access to the Field Service Mobile App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.mfs_perms_standard.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Field Service Settings, and then select **Field Service Settings**.
2. Under the Lightning SDK for Field Service Mobile section, select **Enable Lightning SDK for Field Service Mobile**.
3. Under the Performance Priming section, select **Enable Performance Priming for offline mobile usage**.
4. Save your changes.

Field Service generates offline briefcases for profiles that have at least one user with the Field Service Mobile license. These read-only briefcases appear in Briefcase Builder. For Field Service work orders, those profile briefcases control which records sync to the mobile app.
5. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select **Permission Sets**.
6. Select the permission set that's assigned to mobile workers.
7. Click **System Permissions**, and then click **Edit**.
8. Select **Performance Priming for Field Service Mobile**, and then save the permission set.
9. Assign the permission set to your mobile workers.
10. Save your changes.

Have mobile workers log out of the Field Service mobile app and log in again to apply changes.
