Guest users have Private access by default, so guests can't see the records that scheduling needs until you share them.

1. Enable Secure Guest User Record Access. See [Give Secure Access to Unauthenticated Users with the Guest User Profile](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.networks_public_access.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
2. Create [sharing rules for guest users who schedule appointments](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.ls_guest_sharing_criteria.htm&type=5&language=en_US) that grant **Read** access to these objects: Work Type, Service Territory, Operating Hours, Service Resource, Location, Asset, and Shift.

Without these rules, guests can't see available time slots or complete a booking.
